Jednocześnie informujemy, że na podstawie art. 100d ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2022 r. o pomocy obywatelom Ukrainy w związku z konfliktem zbrojnym na terytorium tego państwa (tj Dz. U. 2023 r. poz. 103 ze zm.)
w okresie do dnia 24 sierpnia 2023 r. bieg terminu na załatwienie sprawy nie rozpoczyna się, a rozpoczęty ulega zawieszeniu na ten okres.
At the same time, we inform you that, in accordance with Art. 100d of the Law of March 12, 2022 on assistance to citizens of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of this state (i.e. LZ 2023, art. 103, as amended)
in the period until August 24, 2023, the period for resolving the case does not begin, and what has been started is suspended for this period. 12:16
