Despite recent amendments aimed at combating the chronicity of legal proceedings, the system is still not perfect.

Our task is to familiarize foreigners with their rights.

To take legal action on their behalf to protect them from the harm caused by the imperative conduct of the administrative body.

Most of the cases we handle in our Office concern foreigners.

Although they are given special protection for particularly important actions, they are often the group that suffers from public misconduct.

During my studies I often helped students from abroad to contact various offices in Wroclaw and Warsaw. I am currently working on the correctness of applications and letters that we have prepared on behalf of clients in our law firm Eldeetepra.

As part of my job, I constantly monitor their progress and status.

Experience shows that some people wait for documents for one year until some body starts working, or even more than two years. This state of affairs is not ideal, so we try to comply with the law, and in a quick way to speed up the decision-making process as much as possible and more correctly prepare documents for foreigners in Poland to provide professionally prepared letters.
